Complaint again

Every day we have internet access issue (Gateway, most expensive) and cable/ streaming problems (freezing, repeating, channels changing on their own). Service overall for cable and internet is totally unacceptable, especially for the price we pay. 20+ year customers and it's impossible to get anyone to address tis effectively. Total racket. Undoubtedly this will go unanswered for days.
