Comcast Cable TV Pixelation Issues - Support Unavailable

Over the past week some channels we watch can no longer be viewed because of excessive pixelation.  Example 836 Lifetime and 859 AMC.

 

Box was reset.  All inside connections double checked and snug.  I am unable to get support to talk on the phone or to online chat, wait times are too long.

 

We had this problem a few winters ago, they needed to tighten a connection outside but I can not get anyone to help.

I also wonder why some channels are fine and some are terrible?  Is the signal strength different by channel?

Yeah unfortunately in most markets because of the pandemic, you aren’t going to get a tech out. Waiting for chat isn’t going to help much, you may have to be patient until a time, they are back to work.

Every channel comes in on different frequencies, whatever it is, is affecting those channels you noted, maybe others you don’t watch or get. If you can, remove any extra unnecessary splitters to help the signal out
