code xre03045 cannot get live tv channels, just on demand

main box is on

just got off the phone with tech support. We have 5 tvs and boxes in our house and it seems the new upgrade boxes (the main one) will only support 3 additional small boxes.  So, my options are:  1. turn off (unplug) one of the boxes in a room that I am currently not using so only 3 are on at a time.  2.  Upgrade to another main box that supports 6 or more tvs.  3.  Trade one of the smaller boxes in at the Xfinity store for the bigger box which will then support up to 3 more tvs.  There shouldn't be an additonal fee for the bigger box.
