Check signal cable or No signal cable

Hello there, anyone wanna help I was connecting my hdmi cable to my tv and it says” Welcome Sign” after that it went right back to No signal cable can someone please help me resolve this matter I tried many times But still no result thanks to anyone who can help me 🙂
