Yes, I like to find out where the ball is constantly being dropped called a month ago and set up a payment date that I will be paying my bill. It was confirmed accepted and guaranteed service would not be interrupted. This was for September 10 September 7 I woke up had no service Two hours on Chad kept getting dropped off with the transfers. Had to start the conversation over because I kept getting dropped the service was reinstated. The chats rep says oh yes, I see that conversation. Yes I have a confirmation email and a transcript showing the conversation service with reinstated And told it would be guaranteed. It will not be disconnected. Your payment will be paid on the 10th September 8 wake up guess what Service is off again so the nice rep chat rep. The name was MOTIT was in the mobile department and was able to not keep transferring me and fixed it herself and guaranteed that my service should not be turned off. It will not get turned off anymore and apologize because I’ve been a customer service With you guys for 18 years. I’m so frustrated now because I wasted my time setting up September 10 to be turned off on the seventh seven reps later after being drops for each one two hours later it’s back on and guaranteed the 10th to wake up till the eighth. I started over but thank God it was only one rep this time in the mobile, chat department and got it fixed. This is ridiculous is frustrating it wasted my time and I’m tired of you guys saying always guaranteed guarantee there’s nothing guaranteed with Xfinity customer service check customer service. The ball is getting dropped somewhere and someone needs to fix it because this is chronically. Poor customer service. Been a customer for 18 years and this happens all the time when you go on chat and try to fix something or get information and I even had one of the chat reps. I’m frustrated. I want this fixed and they’re trying to sell me additional mobile lines. Are you serious? Oh we’ll get that in a minute. I’ll fix that list. Go on with this Mobile adding a new line and all this new products that was really ridiculous.
