Channel pixelation

Having issues with some channels, especially Hallmark, having video pixelating, delayed voice, etc Makes watching shows very difficult. Changed HDMI cable and input port. Helped but same issue continues. Checked other connections and they are right.

Channels come in on different frequencies. There is something that is impeding the frequency of Hallmark or other channels that you don’t watch or get. Make sure your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any extra splitters and possibly have a tech. Hdmi or tv ports are very rarely the cause

There’s no such thing “as boost your signal”. The signal comes from the tap and trust me, does not have remote control. Whatever you were told is not what was done.

I had a similar issue last week.  Several channels were pixelating. System resetting, powering off/on of TV box didn't help.  Called support and they remotely did a system reset/refresh which didn't resolve the issue.  Had me change my HDMI cable which didn't help.  Suggested to exchange my TV box which  was a plan, but as a last resort the agent 'boosted my signal' and the pixelation went away and has been gone since.  Call them and see if they can 'boost your signal'!

Andrew is correct. There is no such thing as remote signal adjustment yet. It takes boots on the ground at the lines.

Those were the terms the Comcast agent used, hence the single quotes.  Whatever was done, immediately resolved the issue for me.
