Channel Guide Setup

Can someone please explain the channel guide for X1? HBO and epic channels start at 500 but regular cable channels starts at 2 for SD & 702, then at 1000 they repeat. Please don’t say use the voice command, I want to view what’s playing on all channels. How can I stop them from repeating?
