Channel 4, freezing

Channel 4 constantly freezes, and also while watching TV is muted. Many people that are Xfinity customers are complaining of the same issue

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_0riqjn. If that channel is the only one causing any problem the issue could be network related. Are you seeing any error message or code on that channel?

nesn as well. I am not the only one as FB social media platform too are complaining so clearly an issue

user_0riqjn. Are you experiencing any error codes or messages? May I ask if you have attempted any troubleshooting steps yet for example, have you restarted your cable box?
