Changing to an Ai box
I will be swapping out a "legacy" TV box for an xfinity xi6. I want to make sure my recordings are saved to the cloud so I don't lose them when I make the change. Can you help me out?

@querqeekid Thanks for adding a post regarding your DVR Recordings. From our guide here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/moving-transfer-recordings, it states that recordings on the box will be lost. Any current Cloud Recordings will be available on the Stream app and new box, but the content on the legacy box is only stored there, and non-transferrable.
Exchanging a legacy TV Box for another TV Box
You’ll lose all recordings, and you’ll need to reschedule recordings on the new TV Box. You can check Xfinity On Demand or the Xfinity Stream app to see if DVR titles are available for viewing in either of these locations.
