Trying to watch on the CBS app I get a fatal error message. I’m not streaming on any other devices and have tried deleting and redownloading the app.

I would love to try to help out with the app error, however I may be limited since the issue is happening on the CBS app. I'm sorry that the error is occurring. Let's see if we can help. If there is still an issue, I highly recommend the Xfinity stream app. It's available on mobile devices as well as streaming devices for TV's. What type of device are you using for the CBS app? Is there an option to access the same content on a website?
