Cast message on box

I moved my cable box to my bonus room after being told I could by a Comcast representative. My cable box has been in cast mode for hours...when is it going to complete the reboot? I want to see the game tomorrow.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your cable equipment. I am sorry to hear that you are having the issues since moving the cable box to it's new location. Has the outlet ever been used before?
