can't watch tv

there was an upgrade in 30329.  now I cannot watch tv at all! 

How do I resolve this..... very annoyning.

how do i do a power cycle on my box...... when I get home to the tv I will see if there is an error code.

Great question @user_n7jr9r. The best way to power cycle the device is to unplug the power for 15-seconds and reconnect.

Thanks user_n7jr9r. For troubleshooting purposes, do you have Cable and Internet service with Xfinity? Or just the Internet? When you say the TV won't work, are you getting an error message or code, or what exactly is occurring with the TV on your end? Also, is the internet service currently up and running on your end?

they upgraded my wifi in my area and said I would need a new box. Can one be sent to me?
