Can't select user icon from TV Netflix App

Trying to access Netflix from the App menu. I get to Netflix entrance screen but cannot move past it. I see the user names but I can't select the user. No matter what remote, number of times I click on the correct user icon, it will not connect through to Netflix.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your issues navigating the Netflix app. Is this the only app that you are experiencing the trouble with? Is this happening on all tv's?

Hello @anders64 thank you for reaching out to Xfinity on our Forums! I am terribly sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with the Netflix App. Just to clarify, are you trying to access the Netflix App through your X1 TV Box?

Yes. Xfinity button/Apps/Netflix/User Icon= no response

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
