Can't remove message on TV

elyseg Thank you so much for your post for help with this pairing message on your screen. This is normally only seen when setting up a remote control. I would recommend checking your remote battery to see if they need to be replaced and that is causing the remote to not recognize it is paired with your TV/Box. You may also use the steps here to help complete the pairing.
