Can't remove message on TV

The television has given me this message "Complete pairing by entering the code above."  There are three numbers put in the boxes as requested.  I can't get rid of this...please help.  Thanks!

elyseg Thank you so much for your post for help with this pairing message on your screen. This is normally only seen when setting up a remote control. I would recommend checking your remote battery to see if they need to be replaced and that is causing the remote to not recognize it is paired with your TV/Box. You may also use the steps here to help complete the pairing.
