Thanks so much for reaching out to us here to let us know your experiencing issues with your DVR. The first thing I check when I am having issues recording to me DVR is the storage limit. Once your device reaches its limit it will no longer record shows to the device. Is you DVR storage full? To see your current storage %, press the xfinity button on your remote, then click Saved, then Recordings.
