Can’t record Hallmark channel again

I see that I posted about this a couple years ago. I once again can not record the hallmark channels. It says you must subscribe to this channel to record. And yet, I can watch the channel which I believe means I “subscribe”?

before, it was that I could record hallmark and hallmark. Harried and movies but not hallmark drama. This time, it’s the opposite. The only one I can record is hallmark drama.

I did a System Refresh (settings/help/system refresh) and it fixed the problem. I can now record the Hallmark channels. Try it…. hopefully it will fix your issue too!

I’m having the same issue. I tried the system refresh and it didn’t do anything!

@user_c186dc If you’ve already completed the system refresh…. I’ve had success unplugging the tv for a minute then plug it back in…. Followed by unplugging the modem for a minute then plug it back in. The reboot should resolve the issues… here’s hoping!

Thanks for letting us know that didn't help @user_c186dc. Have you tried the steps provided by @Sabine45, "unplugging the tv for a minute then plug it back in…. Followed by unplugging the modem for a minute then plug it back in."?
