I tried all the codes presented at least 10 times over a one week period. Just read this forum's string of messages, tried the suggested alternative codes of 12183, 10748 and 11758 at least 3 times. THEN used the first code of 12360 and IT WORKS. I wonder if entering the alternative codes enabled the system to recognize the original prescribed codes? Sharing in case this might be valuable.
