Can't Play HBO Max on TV.

What do I need to do to play HBO Max on my TV?

It plays on my laptop but won't respond on the TV.

Any takers?  No response when reporting issue through direct messaging to xfinity support either.

Long story short:

Hours on the phone with regular and advanced support.

Swapped out old cable/tv box for new one.

TV is now inoperable.

Tech will visit tomorrow.

Thanks for the additional information @MusicalGym, I'm sorry to hear that you were still issues with the TV box after the swap. Was the tech that cam out able to get everything back to normal?
