Can’t get picture

I unplugged my box in to another outlet,now it keeps saying Preparing Channel lineup for the longest

what is the model number on the bottom of the set top box? this may not be an X1 set top box.

Same issue and no resolution. I’ve tried everything - hard reset etc. Worked 3 hours ago and then just went out for no reason and stuck on that Preparing channel lineup. But only issue w xfinity - Netflix no issue etc. it’s crazy TV is fine. Cable box worked 3 hours ago- I unplug and it’s same issue
