Can't get 4K DVR ( XG1v4)

I returned a defective XG1v4 at my local store. They didn't have the 4K DVR in stock. They didn't know when it would be in stock and I have no way of reaching them (no local number) other than driving to the store. So I took the non 4k version and tried to get the 4K online. I was promised by 2 separate agents that they would ship the 4k dvr. I just received it and it's the same model as my non 4k. How can I get the 4K other than traveling to a store every day hoping that it's in stock?
