Cannot watch shows while recording or control paused live TV
We’ve gone through 3 boxes recently. The original problem of glitching recordings seems to be magically replaced by broken recordings and unmanageable live TV.
If we try to watch something while it is recording, the recording breaks somehow and the show stops at a random point without finishing the recording.
We cannot pause live TV and control it in any way. There is no rewinding, fast forwarding or playing it from pause. The only thing it will do is resume live and we miss tons!
For the amount of money we pay monthly, the constant issues are so frustrating!!!
