Cannot Log in to Disney+ on my X1 Platform
I've watched Disney+in the past, no problem through the X1 platform in my TV. For some reason I was logged out. I have tried logging in several times and it keeps telling me to check my email and password. I've done that many times. I've logged into my Disney+account directly through a browser with the same email and password without any difficulty.

Hello @Daniel_K sorry to hear you are having issues with launching the Disney + on the X1. Have you tried to refresh/restart the cable box through the Xfinity app? This helpful link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-reboot-my-set-top-box will walk you through that process.
