Cannot locate my cable box

EF message "Sorry your having problems with your cable we are working diligently to fix the problem  what problem? " No Audio Black Screen " etc etc etc click link  to fix. Sorry we can not find/ connect/ to your cable box .

However I do not understand this because everything is working perfectly with by Cable TV. No issues if there were issues I would have contacted  Comcast immediately
