Cannot get X15 remote to pair to TCL Roku TV and Bose Solo soundbar at the same time.
I can pair the TV first and the Power button works. Once I pair the Bose soundbar, i can control the volume, but when I press the power button, it only turns off the soundbar and not the TV.

@user_3433c8 Thank you for reaching out. This may sound too basic, but have you removed the batteries and reinserted them and then tried pairing? I have had this work for a similar issue I had before.

When you go through the on screen pairing process you should do the TV First. It will then ask if you want to pair a sound bar or receiver. Say yes, and the do the Bose.
I have done with with a Sony and Sonos without issue.
Also, I would say to reset the remote before trying again.
Press and hold the A (triangle) and D (diamond) buttons at the same time for three seconds until the status light changes from red to green.
Press 9-8-1.
The LED will blink blue three times to indicate that the remote was reset.
