Cannot connect new wireless box

I've been trying to connect this box for two weeks.  The tech who came here asked me to get a new one. I did.  That does not work either.

Keeps loops with the voice assistance option.

What behavior are you seeing exactly. You need to be sure that the box connects to the name of your Wifi in your household. If the box was already linked to your account and you turned it on, it should not have to be setup and it should already know your router.
