Cancelling subscription

I have been trying to cancel Acorn subscription for months. I now understand now I can do it through managing my account. How fo I cancel?

@XfinityDaryl​ I have found out from research on the internet that not all 3 rd party apps can be cancelled through your cable box or through managing your account on the Xfinity app. When I use my remote and go into my apps, It says no subscriptions yet I am being charged every month for the Acorn streaming app. This exact problem has been described by other subscribers when trying to remove some 3rd party apps. 

I have tried going through every resource available through the Xfinity app to cancel this subscription and nothing works. I phoned in once and couldn’t be helped and now I’ll try phoning again unless a support person from Xfinity can help me after reading this post. This process has been so frustrating and Xfinity should make it     much clearer that there is a different procedure for cancelling these apps.
