CANCEL DISNEY PLUS SUBSCRIPTION

  • Hi, i would like to cancel my subscription
  • But, i signed up for it on xfinity cable box
  • I can't seem to cancel it
  • been charged $9.99 each month.
  • disney plus customer service is not helping 

I don't remember my email address that i used for this subscription so i'm being charged indefinitely please help me thank you

Hello, @redruby331! Thank you for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for creating this post with your Disney+ subscription concerns. You've come to the right place! Our Digital Care Team is great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to help, and to provide you with all the information you need :) While we do not have direct access to your Disney+ subscription, we do have a very helpful article regarding how to manage it, here. If you're getting stuck following the steps outlined there because you don't remember which email is used to log in, it says you can access the account either through our TV Box or the Disney+ website. I highly recommend looking through that article thoroughly before contacting the Disney+ support again if necessary. Then, if you still have questions, let us know! As I mentioned, we'll do our best to find whatever information you need that will help you access and make changes to that subscription.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
