Can you pair the Xr15 remote to the Flex?

Have a spare XR15 remote laying around and was wondering if I could pair and use it instead of the XR16 remote that the Flex box comes with. Thinking the page down on the XR15 would help with a lot of the apps and their menus.

Is it pairable?
