Can you fix voice controls already. It used to work flawlessly. Now its the worst…
When it launched, it worked nearly perfectly every time.
Then they did something. Updated the software somehow. I remember exactly when they did it.
Now it never gets what I say the first time, even though it understands me. What i say is dictated exactly on the top, then it says sorry i didnt get that.
please fix it already it’s extremely frustrating
everyone in my family has the same issue
this is not user error. Its software.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your voice remote, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance! Can I have you say "Remote Battery" into your remote and make sure your remote battery is in the Green! Also, there you can toggle your voice remote settings to see if that helps with your concerns! Please let me know if that helps get your remote working as it should!

Full battery capacity on all remotes. This is not a battery issue, its a software issue.
