Can you fix voice controls already. It used to work flawlessly. Now its the worst…

When it launched, it worked nearly perfectly every time.

Then they did something. Updated the software somehow. I remember exactly when they did it.

Now it never gets what I say the first time, even though it understands me. What i say is dictated exactly on the top, then it says sorry i didnt get that.

please fix it already it’s extremely frustrating 

everyone in my family has the same issue

this is not user error. Its software.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your voice remote, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance! Can I have you say "Remote Battery" into your remote and make sure your remote battery is in the Green! Also, there you can toggle your voice remote settings to see if that helps with your concerns! Please let me know if that helps get your remote working as it should!

Hello @AAXXAA! Thank you so much for checking that for me, I appreciate it! Do you know if you're allowing the cable boxes to go through their regular updates? Also, I know you're saying it's a software concern, but we would first need to troubleshoot the concern in order to find the issue. May I have you try re-pairing the remote to your box and seeing if that helps? Can I have you go to settings on your box and then to remote settings, so you can find "Voice remote pairing"? From there can I have you pair your remote again! Let me know if that helps!

Went through all troubleshooting steps.

this is a constant daily software issue that needs to be fixed.

it happens on all remotes. All boxes.

for years now.
