Can I get help getting a new XG1v4 4K TV Box?

Greetings,

I'm hoping someone here can assist me in getting a replacement for an XG1v4 4K TV Box that has experienced numerous issues. I "chatted" with an Xfinity Agent online and requested a replacement box. They said they could either mail it, in which case I'd have it in 4-5 days, or I could pick it up at an Xfinity store. Since my TV box was totally inoperable and I had no TV service, I decided to go the Xfinity store route. Big mistake. I picked up the new box, but when I got home I discovered they switched it with an XG2v2-P. I guess it's partially my fault for not checking it out before I left. So, not only do I have the wrong box, but it refused to connect to my service for some reason. I went back online to chat with an agent again to request a the correct box be mailed out to me, but the agent tried to charge me for an additional TV box for a second TV, not as a replacement. When I pointed this out, she seemed to get flustered and told me to go back to the store at which point she disconnected the chat session.

Obviously, I'm pretty frustrated at this point. I'm giving up with both the stores and with the online chat agents. This forum is my last resort. Since I got my original XG1v4 box through this forum, I'm hoping the support folks here can help me get the correct replacement box. Can someone here help me?

Thanks.
