Can I get an XI6 replaced with an XG1V4?

@Xfinity Support Just setup new service and got an XI6 as my primary/only X1 DVR. It gets put into a very bad WiFi coverage closet location where a previous DVR was (there is a coax outlet there). I have previously had an XG1V4 and would really prefer a swap if at all possible.
