Can a XG1v4 still be ordered?

I recently changed tv/internet packages and the online ordering decided to send me new 4K boxes, It sent me 2 Xi6s. So I returned them and kept my old equipment. I have my own modem and wifi, and I know for a fact my router isn't new enough to handle IPTV, as its only ac (wifi 5) I don't want to buy a new one yet, and will never rent a comcast gateway/modem. Ever.

So..., can the XG1v4 4k DVR still be ordered?

Yes. You can still get XG1v4 boxes.

OK, I guess the real question is, how? The xfinity store said the Xi6 boxes I returned were the only 4k boxes they carry at the store.

I would think the official employees here could help you. Only I suspect they stopped monitoring this section of the forum as they only seem to be responding to posts under the customer service section atm. If not here I've had luck in the past from the Xfinity team on Reddit with getting an XG1v4 sent to me.
