How do I contact a Xfinity support actual person? The "Assistant" now will not do it - at least I could not get it to, even, though it says it will after it determines the topic to send to the right person. Endless loop.
I have spent a lot of time trying to get something useful out of the assistant. Nothing works to get our remote to talk to the TV box (note NOT pair w a TV). Multiple resets of the TV box and it only want to do more of that.
Any attempt to get to a human restarts the conversation, and goes in a loop where it still needs to determine the topic. Never gets to a human. NO Support phone number to be found.
So I am completely blocked, and my experience is negative and frustrated. Horrible (lack of) support. I need to talk or chat to a technical support PERSON.
Any pointers?

rand0 how are you doing today? I know how the difference between a live person and the IVR can be a bit uneasy at times, but I am glad to inform you that I am an actual person able to assist. I understand you are currently having an issue with your remote and television, but you mentioned it is not a pairing issue. Can you elaborate on this a bit more for me? I want to make sure you are able to access your favorite programs as intended.
