Hello, @user_rqzwek! Thank you for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for posting your Video service concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. To start, may I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far (i.e. power cycling the TV Box by removing it from power for at least 15 seconds, sending a refresh or restart signal from the Xfinity App, asking for help through the Xfinity Assistant, etc.)? Also, to elaborate, are you able to confirm that both the TV Box and television are powering on while you simply have no live picture? Any details you're able to share will help us understand the next best steps to take, so thanks again for your time on this!

Are you asking about using the Xfinity remote to turn on the TV?  Or the HDMI-CEC function?

I use the paired remote to turn my LG TV and Denon AVR on and off.  Works every time.  You can also use HDMI-CEC to turn devices on, but not off.  My X1 box reliably turns on the TV, but power on the AVR is inconsistent.
