Our living room cable box is not working

The show must go on, and we can help, @user_nff6vc! Have you tried troubleshooting your cable box using the Xfinity app? It works great and is quick and easy to use. May I ask if is there an error code or message displayed in that box, and is the issue isolated? Or, is it just a black screen? Double-checking the cable connections on your box, and also at the wall plate might also help if a wire has become loosely connected.
