Only when watching cable.  Apple TV fine.  Everything tight and tried rebooting.   Happened when temps dropped

ilenek, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand your concerns and having your TV working is a must especially with this weather! When you're experiencing pixelation, are you using one of our TV boxes?

Yes, your products.   One main box in living room and a second smaller box in bedroom.

ilenek, ok and have you unplugged the devices for 60 seconds then attempt to view the channels after the reboot?

ilenek Thank you, let's take a closer look at your account and troubleshoot this. To get started, please send a direct message with your full name and address.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
