Cable tv and internet problems unsolved with comcast technicians
I upgraded my gateway to xb6 and when installed I was unable to get TV on 2 of my 4 boxes. # technicians were out at my house and tested my lines and found no problems. On the 2 boxes that don't work I get RDK-0306 error message. I have replaced the boxes and stii have problems. I seem to loose the internet at 4 am when the daily update occurs. I have dealt with several on line technicians and had 3 techs at my home. No one has been able to solve this problem. I have been working with several advance technicians without improvements. Where do I go to resolve my problem?
