Cable Service Cutting Out Constantly

Hello, 

Our cable service has been cutting in and out for weeks. This affects cable, netflix, and anything run through our cable box. I have called and have been repeatedly told this is weather related but it literally makes TV unwatchable. There is no problem with the internet while this occurs and if I access netflix via internet as opposed through the comcast app it works fine. This is beyond annoying and needs to be fixed immediately.
