Cable issue

Im having issues with my cable box when i plug the HDMI cord into the tv the Xfinity 1 isnt working so my cable isnt working right now

@user_p41iyz Thank you for reporting the trouble you are having with the cable service, I would love to help out. I know when it's time to relax or just for background noise, I want my services to work, so I'm sorry for the inconvience and interruption you are having. We will help solve the issue. After connecting the HDMI cable from the X1 cable box to the TV, does the TV automatically tune to the HDMI port you are using, or do you need to use the TV remote to change the input or source of the TV connection? Is there any picture on the TV or a message stating no signal?
