Cable box useless

My cable box is rebooting over and over. I was watching Netflix when I got an error message and then i could not get out of Netflix no matter what I tried.

I unplugged the cable box, it rebooted about 5 times on its own, and now I have a new error message: Rdk03003.

Beyond infuriating.

Greetings, @Viv396! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with your cable box. That code usually means there is no signal going to the box or the box is having an issue with locking onto the downstream from the headend. If this hasn't resolved itself by now, we would need to look into getting a tech out to have a look at the box and that outlet. Can you please click the Peer to Peer chat icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you?
