Cable Box quit working
My cable box has been working for a couple of years. It just quit working and is displaying a strange message 'boot' or something like that. I have powered it off several times. Do I need a new one? How do I get it.

It is likely you will need a new cable box. Picking up the new cable box from the Xfinity Store is going to be the fastest way to get a new one. To find a store located near you, hours of operation, and set an appointment (my favorite) follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations.
We would be happy to ship you a box as well. I will need to gather your account information to do so.
