user_q610vo Thank you so much for your post on your cable box not working as it should. Have you taken a look at our TV troubleshooting steps already? If you have could you tell me if you are getting any errors or messages?

I had the automatic agent in the Xfinity app reset the individual the box. This fixed the issue.
