Cable box no longer works
My bedroom cable box no longer works. When I restart it I get a welcome message,and the light on tghe box flashes green a few times, then the tv goes black. Been like that for a month. I've tried everything i can to troubleshoot using my xfinity app, logging in on the website, and chatting with a "technician" online that seemed more like a terrible AI chatbot, and was absolutely no help at all. All he did was everything I already tried. How can I make an appointment for a technician to actually come over and check out the cable box to see if it needs replacing?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
