Cable box keeps rebooting

Out of the blue, came home today, cable box won’t start. Unplugged/plugged back in, checked cables. Then it started rebooting every few minutes but never came on. I did the troubleshooting online and remotely restarted the box. Now it’s frozen on this blue screen and sounds like it’s working overtime.
