I have replaced this box with a new one and the noise is still very loud. What are my options? Are there even newer models that are better built?

I'd like to help get a new box shipped out to you to see if that helps. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
@XfinityChe just wondering if this is a different type of box or the same model. As I mentioned I have already replaced it once and there was no change.

I just swapped out my very quiet xfinity box with a new one today. I don’t think I can live with the high pitched hum/whine sound. It sounds like a legacy PC hard drive spinning at top speed. I was thinking of cutting the cord and this may be the straw.
