C Button on X1 Remote Xfinity Sports Zone App

Ok, so I push the C button on my X1 remote and either a blank black space appears where the Sports would normally appear or everything appears seemingly normally except My List and NCAAMB columns are missing.  My selected team IU Hoosier Men's Basketball would normally appear under My List.  I went into Settings in the Sports Zone app and everything appears fine with my team selected.  I deleted the team and added it back.  Same problem persists.

I have restarted the box.  I have done a System Restore.  Issue persists.  I checked another box in my house and the same issue.

Is it just a system wide problem or what do I need to do?

Ok, so the issue has resolved itself.  I noticed it a few days ago, too, so may be back.

And, unsurprisingly and in accordance to prophesy, it's already starting the issue again.  Push the C button and a blank black space appears instead of the Sports Zone app.  Have to try it over and over to get it.

Howdy ventruejusticar. Thank you for touching base about the sports app issue. Quick question to isolate the status, can you still get to the app by saying "Sports Zone" or "Sports" into your voice remote?

The app launches, but instead of something being there, ie text, it's a BLANK BLACK SPACE.  Or...Or, it launches and everything is there except the NCAAMB and My List columns.  As I reported before.  Nothing has changed, except it's intermittent and inconsistent in malfunctioning.

The problem is NOT that nothing at all happens or that the C button does nothing at all.  No, that's not it.  The Sports Zone App launches but the process where it populates with information is malfunctioning.

Ok, so I've learned that there's two Sports things mostly duplicating each other.  The C Button launches the Sports Zone app which sets aside the video to the left and introduces a space on the right which displays Sports information using columns and scrolling up and down.

Voice command "Sports" or "Sports Zone" launches the Sports user interface which dims the video and overlays full screen sports information including scrolling across the top to selected different sports.  In this case, NCAAM appears while at the same time using the Sports Zone App via C button either launches a blank black space or launches the Sports Zone App but lacks the column of NCAAMB.

ventruejusticar Thank you for sharing the additional details. When you launch Sports Zone using the voice command, is everything showing up properly on your screen? You can learn more about Sports Zone here.
