bypass tv mode for cdmi when powering on tv
Each time I turn on tv using X1 remote, I have to scroll all the way through the tv hdmi inputs to get the cable to come on, even though it is already set for the correct hdmi input. With the same cable box and tv, it used turn the cable on automatically without using the tv input button.

Greetings, d320! Thanks for reaching out about needing to use the input button on the remote before the cable comes on, cycling it back to where you already were. We are happy to help! When you turn the TV on, have you tried pressing the Xfinity button twice on the X1 remote and waiting just a second? That takes the TV box out of standby.
