“…” button on Xfinity remote

I’m trying to add an app to my favorites displayed on the Home Screen. But the instructions say to highlight the app and hit the “…” button on the remote to get the option to add it. But there’s no “…” button on my remote.

I’m trying to add the PBS app on my Xfinity box with X15 remote to my list of favorites ( at the bottom of the screen), and it says to use the “…” button on my remote to bring up a menu of options while highlighting that app. But of course there’s no such button on my remote.

user_1567dd Thank you so much for letting me know you are using the XR15 remote. I have the same one! With the X1 boxes, there is no designated home screen. The Apps do have their own section in the X1 menu when you press the Xfinity button, but I am not aware of any options to set up favorites with the apps on our normal X1 devices. Are you by chance using an Xumo/Flex box or a streaming device?
