Buffering on specific Xfinity channels

I unplugged my tv, let it rest for 10 minutes, and then plugged it back in.  I'm still having intermittent buffering issues with channels TBS and Fox News.  My internet speed and service with Xfinity is excellent - never had a problem.  It's the cable tv that's giving me headaches.  Any other ways I can resolve this problem?  Can anyone in customer service look at my DVR remotely and determine possible issues with it?

user_6v1n9g Thank you so much or your post for help with your buffering issues. Reception issues are never fun so thank you for the chance to help. Even without you noticing connection issues with your internet the TV box may be running into connection issues. Have you by chance use the troubleshooting options in the Xfinity app when having these reception issues?

I just completed a System Refresh, which took approximately 15 minutes.  After that, I am still having buffering issues.  The next step suggested is contacting Xfinity support.

Please advise on next steps to take to address the issue.  Thank you!
