Buffering on hbo max
I am experiencing buffering while watching HBO Max. It only occurs on HBO Max using TV (not on iPad or phone) and happens consistently during commercial breaks. What can be done to correct this?

Have you tried to clear the locally stored data on the box? The instructions are here in case you need them, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage. The cache may need to be cleared. You will have to sign into your apps again after taking this step.
